You can purchase up to 4 tickets per screening(both for online and onsite booking).
It is your responsibility to keep your ticket safe and undamaged as a replacement ticket will not be issued.

Cancel & Refund

Free Cancellation	Free of charge up to 20 minutes before the film begins(both for online and onsite bookings)
Cancellation Charges	KRW 1,000 cancellation charge for the cancellation of tickets online
Refund Policy	Full refund available up to 20 minutes before the film begins & no refund once the film begins

Once your ticket is booked online and issued, you must visit the box office in person to cancel it.
A partial cancellation is not allowed(If you want to cancel only one out of three purchased tickets, you must cancel all three and then, re-book two).

Theater Info

It is our policy that the film begins on time. You will be able to enter the theater 10 minutes before the film begins. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be allowed to enter.
Since the seats are reserved, please sit on your assigned seat.
Your seat will not be guaranteed and our staff member will show you an empty seat once the film begins.
You are highly discouraged to move around or re-enter the theater during the screening.
Age restrictions on films will be strictly enforced. Children aged 7 and less are not allowed to enter even when accompanied by their parents or guardians.
No food or drinks are allowed to maintain the area clean during the screening.
Any unauthorized audio and video recordings of a film(using electronic devices such as cell phone and camera) are prohibited by law.
